Terms of Service

eBay Optimizer is a tool that helps eBay sellers improve their listings. It provides AI-assisted title and description optimisation, listing freshness resets, automated repricing rules, and traffic analytics. The Service connects to your eBay account, with your authorisation, to read and update your listings.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for the content of your eBay listings, including any changes made using the Service.
• You must comply with eBay's own policies and terms, and with all applicable laws, when using the Service.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before publishing them. Optimisation suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees.
• You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are stated at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change our pricing or plan features. Where changes affect an active subscription, we will give you reasonable notice.

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will process your data as set out there, including reading and storing your eBay listings and traffic data to provide the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own listing content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will increase your sales, impressions, or search ranking. Optimisation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including eBay's own algorithms and buyer behaviour.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, sales, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
